Laws and Rights that every Indian should be aware of

1. Gas cylinder:
In your home, if the Gas cylinder is blast due to leakage or any other technical issue then you can claim it from insurance company or Gas agencies up to 5 Lacs, So we don't have to pay extra premium for insurance policy, at the time of purchasing gas cylinder they will charge some of money for Insurance risk. At the time of loss incident, you have to complaint nearby police station and inform gas distributors then that case will go to Court & you can Claim up to 5 lac ( T&C ) as per loss or injury person from insurance company.
2. MRP - : Generally, we are purchasing any products or goods as per MRP price on cover, but we no need to pay MRP price means Maximum Retail Price. In this price including all of the Maximum Taxes, So customers can bargaining lower prices than MRP. If anyone found selling the product higher than MRP then you can complain register against him in District Consumer Forum or to can Contact toll-free number 1800 - 114330. 3. Traffic rules -: a) As per Section 129 of the Indian Motor Vehicle Act, wearing the helmet is a must for two-wheeler riders. Section 128 of this Motor Vehicle Act limits the maximum of two riders on the bikes. b) To check license traffic police try to take out your bike key but traffic police do not have the rights to take out bike keys it's illegal. So many people faced this situation. To many policers take out bike keys even after being illegal. Next time if you face this type of situation, then explain their limits to them. 4. Live-in relationship - : If a young boy and a girl want to live together in a “live-in relationship”, they can do so because it is not illegal. Even the newborn from this relationship is also a legal son or daughter and this newborn has the full right in the assets of his/her father.
